Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping:

Kliche’ Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
